Frequently Asked Questions

What does the MaxiLog PDF record and for how long?

Temperature at 10-minute intervals for up to 90 days, across a range of -30°C to +70°C. Up to 14,000 data points are stored and rendered as a timestamped graph when plugged into any USB port.

Does MaxiLog PDF require software?

No. Plug the logger into a USB-A port at delivery and it automatically generates a PDF report. The report can be opened on a device with a standard PDF reader.

How does the visual alarm work?

The logger uses an Exceed Limit alarm mode. If temperature goes outside the programmed high or low threshold, the red LED flashes on the device, which is visible before the package is opened or the USB plugged in. The PDF report shows exactly when the temperature excursion occurred and how long it lasted.

How accurate is the MaxiLog PDF?

It records to ±0.3°C (±0.54°F) with a resolution of 0.1°C.
