WarmMark® temperature indicator shows when a shipment gets too warm and gives receiving teams added context through three sequential windows. Once the selected threshold is exceeded, the indicator turns red and continues progressing as exposure time increases.

How do I choose the right temperature?

Select the highest temperature your product can tolerate before quality, safety, or effectiveness is affected. For regulated products, confirm the correct threshold with product stability data, quality teams, or distribution SOPs.

How do I arm WarmMark before shipping?

Keep the indicator at least 5°C below its activation temperature for 30 minutes before arming. Pull the tab completely, remove the liner, and place it inside the package near the product.

How accurate is WarmMark?

±1°C / ±2°F across all available temperature sensitivities. Two-year shelf life from date of sale when stored below the activation temperature and below 55% relative humidity.

How do I read the result?

Before arming, all three windows are white. Once the pull-tab is removed and the temperature exceeds the threshold, the first window turns red, which means brief exposure. If the temperature stays elevated, the second and third windows follow in sequence. Run-out times vary by sensitivity: at 8°C / 46°F it's 2 hours, 12 hours, and 48 hours; at 25°C / 77°F it's 30 minutes, 2 hours, and 8 hours.
